Yes we do, we ship directly to most countries in the world. If you’re lucky we may even have a Waves Distributor in your country, where you can buy your item directly.
Your wood glasses can get wet; the majority of them even float. Each pair of Waves glasses are coated with a sweat / water proof wood seal to help protect your glasses.
If your order was placed Monday thru Thursday it will be within 48 hours. If your order was placed on Friday the order may be shipped the same day, if not it will be shipped on Monday. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped. All domestic packages within the 48 states usually take 2-7 days. International orders can take anywhere between 2-4 weeks.
Once you have placed an order, you can check on its status at any time. To track your order from this page, (https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input). Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking information.

Product Questions

We use Red Sandalwood, Black Sandalwood, Green Sandalwood and Maple wood for watches. Sunglasses are made mostly of Bamboo.
We use polarized lens for all of our sunglasses. Polarized lens blocks the glare and allows you to see further and clearer. Some people prefer this type of lens in their sunglasses as it provide higher visibility and a clearer view. Great for the active lifestyle: Boating, snow sports, and driving. 
We use Japanese movements for our watches and they vary from model to model depending on style of watches.

Watches are water resistant up to 5ATM (50 meters) though it’s not recommended to use wood watches while swimming as long exposure to water can cause damage to wood used in the watches.

Warranty, Shipping & Returns

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange . We will issue a refund within 30 days of purchase in the form and amount tendered for the original transaction less the shipping fee. All returns or exchanges must be unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached. Merchandise received after 30 days will only be accepted at our discretion for an online store credit.
Waves warrants products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. Waves also reserves the right to determine manufacturing defects, and requires proof of purchase from an authorized Waves dealer to qualify products as warrantable. If a product is deemed defective, Waves will repair or replace the item at no cost to you. Watch Movements are 12 months manufacturer warranty.  
We charge a flat $10 shipping and handling fee per item for all domestic orders. This covers the shipping cost, the packaging cost, and handling cost to assemble your order. International shipping may vary as per country.
